Repairs are free of charge when performed within 3 days of the original service date.

Prestige Nail School requires a minimum of 24 hrs notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.   Repeat offenders will required to pay a $5 deposit to book future appointments.

10-minute grace period from appointment time.  Anything after that, we cannot guarantee service and Prestige Nail School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Online Requests are not confirmed appointments.  Once the appointment has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a text/email informing you that your appointment has been approved.  Any missing information will result in delays as your quest cannot be confirmed.

All Children must be under supervision and attended by an adult who is not currently being serviced.
