3-Day Warranty
Repairs are free of charge when conducted within 3 days of the original service date.

Rescheduling

Prestige Nail School requires at least 24 hour's notice for any appointment changes.

Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancelation. (see below).

Cancellations

24+ hours' notice - No fee.

Less than 24 hours' notice - a 50% service fee will be charged.

Same-day cancellations or no shows - a 100% service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show. A 100% service fee will be charged.

General Rules

A valid credit card is required on file to book and hold all appointments.

Only clients receiving services are permitted in the school clinic.

Respectful conduct is required. Prestige Nail School reserves the right to end services and refuse future appointments in the event of inappropriate behavior.

Only service animals are permitted in the school. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

All services are performed by students. Both quality and service times may differ from those of a professional salon.

Service will not be performed if signs of fungus, ingrown nails or infection are present.
