Salon Policies

3-Day Warranty
Repairs are free of charge when conducted within 3 days of the original service date.

Rescheduling

  • Prestige Nail School requires at least 24 hour's notice for any appointment changes.

  • Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancelation. (see below).

Cancellations

  • 24+ hours' notice - No fee.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice - a 50% service fee will be charged.

  • Same-day cancellations or no shows - a 100% service fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.  A 100% service fee will be charged.

General Rules

  • A valid credit card is required on file to book and hold all appointments.

  • Only clients receiving services are permitted in the school clinic.

  • Respectful conduct is required. Prestige Nail School reserves the right to end services and refuse future appointments in the event of inappropriate behavior.

  • Only service animals are permitted in the school.  Emotional support animals are not allowed.

  • All services are performed by students.  Both quality and service times may differ from those of a professional salon.

  • Service will not be performed if signs of fungus, ingrown nails or infection are present.
