Repairs are free of charge when conducted within 3 days of the original service date.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Prestige Nail School requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Repeat offenders will be required to pay a $5 deposit to secure future bookings.

Lateness
A 10-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled appointment time. Beyond that, we cannot guarantee service, and Prestige Nail School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Online Requests
Online requests are not confirmed appointments. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a text or email notification confirming your appointment. Any missing information may result in delays, as your request cannot be confirmed until all details are complete.

Children Supervision
All children must be supervised and attended by an adult who is not currently receiving services.
